This class will use various asanas and mobility exercises to achieve the flexibility required to do a split, backbends, legs behind head, and wait for it.... L-sits. No experience is necessary, just an open mind, determination and commitment to achieve these peak postures. Your regular yoga or mobility class targets your entire body, this class has a focus on the exercises necessary to unlock the strength, active AND passive flexibility you need to access these asana's.
